The Version 2 Updated Fuselage has a wider/thicker reinforced area around the mast connection location and a thinner tail extension to the fuse. This results in a stiffer mast/fuselage connection for wider/higher aspect wings and the thinner tail section reduces drag and increases longitudinal direction for use with smaller stabilizers.
